Operational Disclosure & Legal Status DrivePac SA Drivepac SA operates strictly as an administrative intermediary and collective purchasing consortium. This platform does not operate as an informal, member-governed traditional stokvel, nor do we provide banking services, traditional credit, or financial investment products. All member subscription fees are collected solely for the rotational procurement of physical assets (vehicles). All pooled funds are securely ring-fenced and kept completely separate from our operational accounts. During the driving phase, vehicles remain part of the Drivepac SA Corporate Fleet, allowing us to cover all active assets under our centralized Corporate Fleet Insurance and Risk Protection Policy. Members contribute a flat Vehicle Risk & Operational Management Fee to cover their portion of these fleet protections. Drivepac SA does not provide individual financial advisory or insurance intermediary services.
