STRUCTURE
Your Vehicle Procurement & Delivery
Vehicle Selection & Vetting
When your scheduled rotational turn arrives, you will receive a curated selection of available vehicles matching the value of your chosen membership package. Sourced vehicles consist of high-quality, pre-owned or late-model options. All vehicles are secured through vetted commercial suppliers and dealerships, and they must clear rigorous quality inspections—including formal roadworthiness, licensing activation, and safety assessments—before handover.
Tracker & Insurance Activation
A high-tier vehicle tracking device and a comprehensive commercial insurance policy are fully arranged and activated by our team prior to delivery. These operational costs are active strictly during Phase 2 (The Driving Phase) and are separate from your Phase 1 base subscription. Once you collect your keys, you assume responsibility for these ongoing, mandatory tracking telemetry and fleet insurance fees via your automated weekly driving subscription.
NaTIS Vehicle Registration
To protect the asset pool while ensuring direct driver responsibility, the vehicle is registered on the NaTIS system with Drivepac SA as the Title Holder (retaining the physical logbook) and the Member as the Registered Owner. This completely ensures that all traffic fines, e-tolls, and demerit points are linked directly to the driver. Once you successfully complete your 12-month round and fulfill all membership obligations, the title is signed over entirely into your name.
Post-Delivery Commitment
Receiving your vehicle does not conclude your membership. To maintain complete fairness for the remaining participants in your circle, you are contractually obligated to continue making your required weekly pool contributions and platform fees until the fixed 12-month round has officially concluded.
Vehicle Allocation Schedule
Chronological Position Assignment
To ensure complete regulatory fairness and audit compliance, allocation positions are determined via a transparent, computerized chronological system based entirely on the exact timestamp of your digital sign-up on our platform. Your confirmed allocation position in the delivery schedule will be formally emailed to you before your 26-member round officially launches.
Rotational Delivery Timeline
Vehicle deliveries are executed on a bi-weekly (fortnightly) schedule as collective pool funds accumulate to hit the package target. One member receives their fully managed vehicle package every second week. Over the 12-month duration, all 26 members systematically receive their vehicles in turn.
Simplified Example (26-Member Cycle):
Week 2:
Position 1 receives vehicle package handover
Week 4:
Position 2 receives vehicle package handover
Week 6:
Position 3 receives vehicle package handover
Week 8:
Position 4 receives vehicle package handover
...and so on, until Position 26 receives their vehicle package handover at the conclusion of the round.
Member Withdrawal & Replacement
We understand that unforeseen life events can happen. To protect the financial integrity of the circle and keep the bi-weekly delivery schedule running on time, a structured withdrawal and replacement framework applies. If a member needs to exit, the process is managed strictly in accordance with the Drivepac SA Membership Agreement.
Members Who Have Already Received a Vehicle:
The vehicle must be immediately returned to our designated depot for an official condition inspection. Following the audit, any equitable balances or exit obligations will be calculated and handled strictly in accordance with the default management terms in the Membership Agreement.
Members Who Have Not Yet Received a Vehicle:
Their accumulated pool contributions, platform fees, and formal exit parameters will be audited, processed, and settled according to the fair withdrawal refund schedule detailed in the Membership Agreement.
Onboarding a Replacement Member:
Where an exit is processed, our system will onboard a vetted replacement member to keep the pool intact. To maintain absolute fairness for everyone, the replacement member's vehicle package value is calculated proportionally based on the remaining duration and active contributions of that specific round.
Transparency & Communication
Prior to the official launch of any purchasing round, all 26 confirmed participants will receive an official introductory email detailing the current status of the pool, including the specific package limits, the delivery schedule, the contribution structures, and the operational conditions. Members will be notified instantly of any operational variations. Our absolute goal is to maintain a fair, transparent, and sustainable buying environment for every participant.
All account withdrawals, vehicle returns, escrow calculations, and profile replacements are governed strictly by the signed Drivepac SA Membership Agreement and the specific rules of your active round.
Subscription Payments & Defaults
All recurring subscription payments are processed safely and securely online. Members can activate payments using a secure debit card or Instant EFT options via our integrated checkout gateway. Required weekly subscription payments must clear through the portal every Sunday by midnight (00:00).
Missed Payments & Forfeiture
Late or missed payments disrupt the collective vehicle procurement schedule and face immediate action. Unresolved arrears are subject to the late penalties, automated notifications, and strict default procedures set out in the Membership Agreement.
Four consecutive missed weekly payments constitute a material breach of contract and will result in the immediate forfeiture of your membership position. Forfeited accounts are handed over to our legal recovery team, the vehicle is scheduled for tracking and immediate repossession, and the open position in the circle will be filled by a vetted replacement member to secure the pool.
